Rutgers Practie 12/1/11

We worked on the armada like we did on the 23rd of November (check out here)
We also worked with combinations in the opposite ginga, to get comfortable in that setting when it occurs. Player A would through an Armada, while, Player B would throw a queixada. Player A would response with an esquiva de frente. We did this for while and mixed it up a little bit with different kicks.
